WLW series vertical (oil free) reciprocating vacuum pump

First, product overview

WLW series vertical (oil-free) reciprocating vacuum pump is a new national product. Compared with W and WY horizontal reciprocating pumps, it has the following advantages:

No oil lubrication, can get clean vacuum environment;

The power consumption is 1/3, and the area is reduced by 2/3.

The valve axial device has convenient operation and maintenance and high service life.

Eliminate the bad vibration of the shear wave, small vibration and low noise.

WLW series vertical oil free reciprocating vacuum pump, with two inflatable chambers, an inert gas chamber and a gas filled cavity, between the cylinder and the body. When flammable, explosive and poisonous gases are removed, the inert gas can be filled and the air (combustion agent) can not be leaked into the cylinder to avoid the accident; when the gas is recovered, the gas can be recharged and the purity of the recovered gas is guaranteed.

The pumping mode of WL and WLW is single action, while the 2WL and 2WLW pumping modes are double acting, thus obtaining lower limit pressure.

This series of vertical (oil free) reciprocating vacuum pumps are widely used in vacuum transportation, refining, distillation, concentration, absorption and drying in pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, food and other industries.
