First, product overview 

The air cooled roots vacuum pump is a type of Roots vacuum pump which allows continuous operation without overheating under high pressure differential. It also has the advantages of high speed and small volume of ordinary roots vacuum pump. Its work and cash depend on the mechanical strength of the pump itself.

The air cooled roots vacuum pump adopts a three blade rotor profile with large volume utilization factor and smaller volume. With proper motor and condenser, it can start at any pressure and operate at any differential pressure. The air cooled roots vacuum pump can be used separately and also can be used as a unit. In some cases, when it is in the intermediate stage of the unit, the air cooled roots vacuum pump relies on the external cooler of the pump to achieve the heat balance. If the unit is used as the last stage or alone, it can rely on air cooling without condensers.

The pump and unit can reach various limit pressure and working pressure. In the following cases, the gas cooled roots vacuum pump and the unit can be selected: 1, the load is very large; 2, the short pumping time is required; 3, the low vacuum to high vacuum need large pumping speed; 4, the need to avoid ordinary pumping medium as a medium.

The pump and unit can be widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum distillation, vacuum degassing, aeronautical simulation experiment, gas transmission, vacuum suction, power plant dust absorption and other vacuum operations.

Three. The principle of work

The air cooled roots pump is sucked up vertically and drained vertically. At the two ends of the pump, the cooling air inlet is provided, cooling air is provided to the pump or cooled by the cooler.

When the air cooling pump is running, the rotor is driven by two synchronous gears, and the two rotors are rotated in the opposite direction in the pump, and the upper air intake, the side anti cold air and the lower end exhaust process are constantly formed. The rotor is subjected to dynamic balancing test to ensure smooth operation. The gearbox and lubricating oil are completely separated from the working chamber to ensure that the working chamber is free of oil.

2, pump lubrication

The bearing and gear are in the gear box, and the lubricating oil is lubricated to the bearings and gears by the oil throwing plate. The lubricating oil level is suitable for reaching the middle part of the oil level mirror. Too much temperature will cause the oil tank to be too high. If too little, the lubricating oil will fail and the life of the equipment will be shortened. The type of lubricating oil should be changed according to the temperature of the external environment.
