First, the principle of pump structure

ZJ series of Roots vacuum pumps is a volume type vacuum pump, which uses a pair of "S" type rotor in the pump cavity to do the suction and exhaust. In the process of rotation, the rotor and rotor, the rotor and the pump body always keep a certain gap between the rotor and the rotor.

The ZJP series bypass valve roots vacuum pump is a derivative product of the ZJ type roots vacuum pump. The principle of gas pumping is the same as that of the ZJ type. It is different that the intake port and exhaust port of the ZJP type pump are connected by a bypass line equipped with a self weight valve. When the pressure difference between the inlet and the exhaust port is higher than the pressure difference of the pump, the self weight valve opens automatically. The exhaust port is reflued to the intake port to balance the pressure between the intake port and the exhaust port and protect the roots vacuum pump motor from overload.

The two rotors of the roots vacuum pump are supported in the rolling bearings on both sides of the pump body, and a pair of adjustable synchronous gears keep the two rotor in a certain position and clearance at high speed. The clearance between the rotor and the end cover is adjusted by the metal gasket underneath the bearing cap at the fixed end, and the pump is working. The heated rotor can only expand to one side.

Two. Characteristics of use

The greatest advantage of the ZJ and ZJP series of Roots vacuum pumps is that it can play a higher pumping rate at lower inlet pressure, but it can not be used alone. It must be connected with a front stage vacuum pump, and the roots pump will start to work until the front pump is pumped to a certain pressure. This is the most economical. There are many vacuum pumps for the roots pump of Roots vacuum pump, such as water ring vacuum pump, spiral vacuum pump, slide valve type vacuum pump and so on. Different pre grade pumps are used, and the ultimate vacuum of roots pump can be different.
